An ancient Greek word for sculpture.

The subjects of these pieces were the emperors, the athletes, the heroes and leaders of Greek civilization.

They were men, as masculine and powerful and majestic as all great men are called to be.

And yet, marble does not merely immortalize the strength of the male muscle, but the beauty of the male form.

In that age, to be a man was to be born of the Gods, and like all their creations, possess the same diligently purposeful natural perfection.

The ancient Greeks understood that masculinity and beauty were never two opposing ends of the same spectrum, but intrinsic qualities found in all of mankind.

We at Protomi admire and embrace this duality. We to create art and clothing designed for a different kind of man. A man unafraid to embrace himself, yet firmly in charge of his own destiny, his own power.

We are for the masculine man.

We are for the beautiful man.

We are for the Protomi man.
